The scope of a logistics audit usually includes the following aspects:<\/p>\n

\n\u00b7 Study by areas of warehouse operations: entries, locations, replenishments, order preparation, dispatches and specific areas of each facility.

\n\u00b7 Analysis of activity files to determine stock volumes, number of references, movements, etcetera.
